This is a PRESALE for a PSA Graded & Certified PSA 10 of this card.  This item will take 60 days for Topps Now to print the card, send them to us in bulk, we will then send them to PSA with Fast Value Service, we receive the cards and then ship you a PSA 10 version of this card.  We will submit enough cards that we will guarantee you receive a PSA 10.  We usually submit 50-100 of each key card for example.  This is an authentic PSA 10 certified, also if the price is above $250 your card will have an authenticity guarantee by eBay.  We are only offering a limited number of these, as not all the cards we submit to PSA will come back a 10.  Please feel free to ask questions, but yes this is a PSA Graded version of this card.
