This is a PRESALE for a PSA Graded & Certified PSA 10 of this card.  This item will take 30-60 days for Panini Instant/Topps Now/Bowman U Now to print the card, they then send them to us, we will then send a large batch of them to PSA with a Faster Value Service, we then receive the cards and then ship you a PSA 10 of this card.  We will submit enough cards that we will guarantee you receive a PSA 10.  We submitted over 5000 cards in the past year, for example.
